Upon your first login to myMICA, you will be directed to Duo Mobile. Notify Help Desk if you need an account activation email to be re-sent. If you did not receive this email, please check your inbox or spam folders. A "welcome" email containing your MICA email address and claim code will be used to activate your MICA account. Account Claim & ActivationĪccount activation emails are sent to personal email addresses on file upon enrollment or employment. Password changes may take up to 15 minutes to synchronize across systems. Enter your current password, then set and confirm your new password in the fields provided.Select "Change Password" from the selections available.Click the dropdown arrow next to your name at the top of the page.Log in to MICA's identity management system, RapidIdentity.If you know your current password and wish to change it, follow the steps below. If you have any issues resetting a forgotten password, contact Help Desk via email or service ticket. *If your registered email does not match or is no longer in use, contact Enrollment Services (Students) or People, Belonging, and Culture (Faculty/Staff) to update your email address. You will be asked enter a new password that adheres to the security guidelines.Enter the PIN that was sent to your registered email address. This authentication code is required to complete the password reset procedure. The system will send a PIN to your registered email address* on file.
